RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS
We offer two methods of shipment for orders dispatched via UPS.You can choose to sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. This option is best for customers who prefer the security of a signed delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, UPS will leave a re-delivery slip.Alternatively, you may prefer to waive the signature requirement and UPS will leave your shipment outside of the premises for your convenience. Please note, orders containing items of high value may still require a signature, even if you did not select to sign for your order on arrival. We realize this may be inconvenient but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely.When placing an order, the signature requirement is set by default; however, you can update your preference on the shipping page before proceeding to purchase. Please note, that if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours on orders made Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
INSURANCE
VIVACITY SPORTSWEAR, INC. insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
TAXES & DUTIES
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
If you are shipping within the USA, sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to California. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the USA. Please note that all non-customs related local taxes are the customer’s responsibility. VIVACITY SPORTSWEAR, INC. is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes to states, such as Use Tax.
RETURNS
RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Domestic returns service:
- Within 7 days of receiving your order, if you would like to return an item, please contact customer service at customercare@vivacitysportswear.com or call +1-619-630-7259 so that your return can be processed.
- All returns must be received within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
- Book a free collection with UPS by calling 1 800 823 7459. Alternatively, drop your shipment off at your local UPS store or at any UPS facility. To find your nearest store visit www.ups.com.
You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

EXCHANGES
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size, however all exchanges are based on stock availability.
Simply request an exchange by calling Vivacity Sportswear at +1-619-630-7259 or emailing customercare@vivacitysportswear.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and then specify the new size you require.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your VIVACITY SPORTSWEAR, INC. account (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Note, corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within 14 working days of initial receipt.
LATE RETURNS
All returns and exchanges must be received WITHIN 14 DAYS of receiving your order.
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of VIVACITY SPORTSWEAR, INC. and may only be refunded as a store credit.
FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.For all faulty items outside of our Returns Policy, please contact customercare@vivacitysportswear.com
RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or you will be issued store credit. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 BUSINESS DAYS for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on VIVACITY SPORTSWEAR, INC. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
- All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
- Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
- Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
- Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
We prefer that items are returned to us via UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure means. Our address for all returns is:

OUR POLICY
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all VIVACITY SPORTSWEAR, INC. and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.Please email customercare@vivacitysportswear.com if any of your purchases have been delivered without VIVACITY SPORTSWEAR, INC. tags.
